Detention is assigned for infractions of behavior or academic violations (such as continuously missing assignments). It is to be served on Thursday after school 3:15 to 4:15, with rotating staff supervising. The students serving detention are expected to quietly work on homehork or missing assignments. Those students who fail to appear for detention or disrupt the study conditions are subject to suspension. The names of students who are expected to be at detention are posted in the office, as they may not have taken the notice home or intercepted it via mail. Notification is 24 hours prior to date.
